We ship worldwide from the United States via USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has been shipped. All orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. UPDATE: As of August 8, 2017 – all orders placed will be processed on August 29.
International orders must pass through customs. We, the seller cannot be responsible for customs charges that may occur and cannot provide a refund or exchange if you decide not to pay the charges. These could vary by country. Please also note that the time that the package is at customs is out of our control.
We cannot be responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered, but you have not received it. We will not replace such orders free of charge, but we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
Please check that your shipping address is up to date before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent back to us due to wrong address or if the order returns to us marked as unclaimed. The customer will be responsible to have the item re-shipped. We will work with you to understand any points of confusion.
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do and we also want to make sure you are happy! Due to the nature of our products, we only allow refunds or exchanges for items that have not been opened and are in their original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like a refund or to exchange any product.
– My order was not received or damaged –
If you didn’t receive your order or if you received it but it was damaged during shipping, please contact email@example.com. We will require photos of the product, so please include these in your email. Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your package if there is any damage. If you have not received your package please let us know and we can work to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not offer replacements for shipments shown as “delivered” in the tracking update.
– I am not satisfied with the product –
We always hope you are happy with our products, but if there is a circumstance where you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or store credit please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your package. We will not pay for any shipping costs, these will be paid by you, the buyer. When you return the item(s) they must be in a secure package with the original invoice. Please include your reason for returning. Exchanges will not be accepted if you haven’t contacted us within 10 days of receiving the package. We must receive your return package within 30 days after you have contacted us. Refunds can not be processed through Paypal after 45 days of the initial payment date.
– Our soaps are are handmade and hand-cut and each bar is unique. Please allow for slight variations by weight and color; however, each bar should weigh at least (if not more) what is stated on the package.
– Any claims made have not been evaluated or tested by the FDA. Please take time to test a patch of your skin prior to first use. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before use.
– Store your soap in a dark cool place and keep dry between each use to allow for a longer lasting bar.
